Abstract

Мета. На підставі проведення аналізу науково-методичної літератури розглянути алгоритм застосування засобів фізичної терапії при вісцероптозі. Матеріали та методи. У процесі дослідження використано методи аналізу та синтезу сучасних джерел інформації. Отримані результати. Основним методом лікування вісцероптозу є фізична терапія яка спрямована на зміцнення м'язів черевного преса. Висновки. Доведено, що тільки терапевтичними вправами можна підвищити тонус м'язів черевного преса, відновити їх здатність підтримувати внутрішні органи, що для цієї категорії пацієнтів є вирішальним

On the basis of the analysis of scientific and methodical literature to consider algorithm of application of means of physical therapy at visceroptosis. Materials and methods. In the process of research the methods of analysis and synthesis of modern sources of information are used. The results obtained. The main method of treatment of visceroptosis is physical therapy which is aimed at strengthening the abdominal muscles. Conclusions. It is proved that only therapeutic exercises can increase the tone of the abdominal muscles, restore their ability to support the internal organs, which is crucial for this category of patients.
