Формування психогігієнічної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти психогігієни, зокрема в історичній ретроспективі; наведено проблематику основних завдань даного наукового напряму; акцентовано увагу на тих етапах життєвого шляху науковців-медиків Слобожанщини, у яких реалізовувалася їхня педагогічна й громадсько-просвітницька діяльність. Зазначено, що від психічного стану людини залежить і її фізіологічний стан, і здоров’я в цілому, тому підтримка його у нормі – передумова здоров’язбереження. Наголошено на тому, що у межах психогігієни слід розглядати й такі галузі знань: психопрофілактику, психокорекцію, психотерапію. На основі аналізу численних дослідницьких позицій запропоновано авторське визначення психогігієнічної компетентності як динамічної системи знань, умінь і навичок, цінностей, стереотипів мислення та діяльності, що визначає дбайливе ставлення особистості до власного психічного здоров’я та оточуючих. Виокремлено основні механізми, які сприяють формуванню психогігієнічної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти. Зауважено, що успішність даного процесу безпосередньо залежить від включення студентів в активну освітню діяльність. При цьому значущими є: визнання ціннісно-смислових детермінант; розуміння адекватної самооцінки, мотивації досягнення успіху, установки на результат; наявність широкого діапазону життєвих інтересів, зовнішньої та внутрішньої спрямованості цілей. Підкреслено актуальність розвитку компетентності викладачів щодо упровадження сучасних освітніх здоров’язберігаючих технологій як основи формування психогігієнічної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти, зокрема під час проходження курсів підвищення кваліфікації.

Purpose of the article is to characterize the features of the formation of psychohygienic competence of applicants for higher education in particular in historical retrospective. Methodology. The theoretical research methods, in particular the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of the formation of psychohygienic competence of applicants for higher education; generalization and systematization of information on the content of the concepts of «psychohygiene» and «psychohygienic competence», as well as pedagogical experience in the formation of this concept; historical and pedagogical (allowed to consider the problem of research in historical retrospective); personified (allowed to focus on those stages of the life path of medical scientists in Slobozhanshchina, in which their pedagogical and public educational activities were implemented) are used in the article. Results. The theoretical aspects of psychohygiene – a branch of modern hygiene that studies the neuropsychiatric state of a person, its dynamics due to the influence on his body of natural, industrial and social factors in order to create the most favorable conditions for the preservation and strengthening of mental and somatic health are considered and also the problems of the main tasks of this scientific direction are given: the study of the nature of mental health and the sanogenic potential of the individual; definition of the most important guidelines and rules of psychohygienic practice; development of the basics of prevention of conditions, situations and risk behavior (dependent behavior). It is noted that both his physiological state and health in general depend on the mental state of a person, so maintaining it normally is a prerequisite for health saving. It is emphasized that within the framework of psychohygiene the following areas of knowledge should be considered: psychoprophylaxis, psychocorrection, psychotherapy. Based on the analysis of numerous research positions, the author's definition of psychohygienic competence as a dynamic system of knowledge, skills and abilities, values, stereotypes of thinking and activity, which determines the careful attitude of the individual to his own mental health and others, is proposed. The main mechanisms that contribute to the formation of psychohygienic competence of applicants for higher education are identified. It is noted that the success of this process directly depends on the inclusion of students in active educational activities. The relevance of the development of teachers' competence in introducing modern educational health-saving technologies as the basis for the formation of psychohygienic competence of higher education applicants, in particular during advanced training courses, is emphasized. Practical value. The theoretical and practical achievements presented in the article can be used by scientists who work upon the problems of pedagogical education; by pedagogical staff of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions, and by the teachers and methodologists in educational practice especially in the process of distance learning.
