Порівняльне дослідження вітчизняної лікарської рослинної сировини, яка багата на слиз

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено порівняльне дослідження властивостей лікарської сировини – насіння Plantago major, Plantago psyllium та Linum usitatissimum, як найпопулярніших рослинних джерел слизу, шляхом аналізу індексу набухання та показнику виходу полісахаридів методом мацерації при кімнатній температурі. За результатами проведеного дослідження було визначено відсотковий вміст полісахаридів у екстрактах з насіння досліджуваних рослин. Насіння подорожника блошиного та подорожника великого є перспективною ЛРС як джерело слизу для виготовлення ЛЗ при патології шлунково-кишкового тракту.

In the qualification work a comparative study of the properties of medicinal raw materials - seeds Plantago major, Plantago psyllium and Linum usitatissimum, as the most popular plant sources of polysaccharides and mucus, by analyzing the swelling index and polysaccharide yield by maceration at room temperature. It was determined that the percentage of polysaccharides in the extracts from the seeds of the studied plants. Thus, it can be concluded that flea plantain seeds are a more promising medicinal plant raw material as a source of mucus for the manufacture of drugs that treat pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract.
