Abstract: | Розглянуто сутність мотивації та стимулювання праці. Досліджено
чинники, що впливають на формування системи мотивації працівників аптек
в сільській місцевості. Узагальнено досвід формування системи стимулювання
персоналу. Визначено тенденції розвитку аптечного сектору в сільській
місцевості. Виявлено фактори впливу на мотивацію праці фармацевтичних
працівників в сільських аптечних закладах. Запропоновано алгоритм
формування систем мотивації персоналу аптечних закладів. The essence of motivation and stimulation of work is considered. The factors influencing the formation of the system of incentives for pharmacy staff have been studied. Domestic and foreign experience of personnel incentive system formation is generalized. Trends in the development of the pharmacy sector are identified. Factors influencing the work incentives of pharmaceutical workers have been identified. the algorithm of formation of systems of stimulation of the personnel of drugstores is offered. |
