Розкрито сутність конкурентоспроможності аптечних закладів. Визначено роль конкуренції на фармацевтичному ринку. Розглянуто класифікацію методів оцінки конкурентоспроможності аптечних закладів. Визначено підходи до оцінки конкурентоспроможності аптечних закладів. Визначено показники оцінки конкурентоспроможності аптечних закладів Проведено оцінку аптечного ринку України. Оцінено конкурентні переваги аптечних мереж в Україні. Проведено SWOT та PEST аналіз аптечних мереж. Визначено конкурентні позиції роздрібної мережі Аптека Магнолія. Розроблено напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності аптечних мереж.

The essence of the competitiveness of pharmacies is revealed. The role of competition in the pharmaceutical market is determined. The classification of methods for assessing the competitiveness of pharmacies is considered. Approaches to assessing the competitiveness of pharmacies are identified. Indicators of assessment of competitiveness of pharmacy establishments are defined. The assessment of the pharmacy market of Ukraine is carried out. The competitive advantages of pharmacy chains in Ukraine are estimated. SWOT and PEST analysis of pharmacy networks was performed. Competitive positions of the Magnolia Pharmacy retail chain have been identified. Directions for increasing the competitiveness of pharmacy networks have been developed.
