| Abstract: | Теоретично обґрунтовано склад фотосенсибілізуючого засобу для
лікування псоріазу у вигляді гелю. Вивчено реологічні властивості гелю з
екстрактом псоралеї ліщинолистої. Розроблено оптимальну технологію
виробництва досліджуваного препарату. Досліджені показники якості
отриманого гелю у відповідності до нормативної документації України. The composition of a photosensitizing agent for the treatment of psoriasis in the form of a gel is theoretically substantiated. The rheological properties of the gel with the extract of psoralea lichifolia were studied. An optimal technology for the production of the study drug has been developed. The quality indicators of the resulting gel were studied in accordance with the regulatory documentation of Ukraine. |
