Обгрунтування складу гелю репаративної дії для терапії запальних захворювань шкір

Abstract

Метою роботи є обґрунтування складу лікарського засобу у вигляді мазі з протизапальною та репаративною активностями. Розглянувши етіологію і патогенез захворювань шкіри як АФІ обрано екстракт сухоцвіту болотного. На підставі проведення комплексу фізико-хімічних та технологічних досліджень визначено допоміжні речовини, що входять до складу м’якої лікарської форми та встановлено їх раціональний вміст.

The purpose of the work is to substantiate the composition of the medicinal product in the form of an ointment with anti-inflammatory and reparative activities. Having considered the etiology and pathogenesis of skin diseases, an extract of dried marsh flowers was chosen as an API. On the basis of a complex of physical, chemical and technological studies, auxiliary substances included in the composition of the soft dosage form were determined and their rational content was established.
