Аптеки належать до установ, які найбільш доступні для населення, і є однією з основних ланок первинної медико-фармацевтичної допомоги. У всьому світі роль провізора набуває все більшого значення. У роботі відображено різні підходи до ліцензування, створення нових аптек та права власності на них. Крім того, докладно описані основні вимоги до функціонування аптек та напрямки їх діяльності. У роботі також розглянуто положення, що регламентують можливі альтернативні форми відпуску лікарських засобів.

Pharmacies belong to the institutions that are most accessible to the population and are one of the main links of primary medical and pharmaceutical care. All over the world, the role of the pharmacist is becoming more and more important. The work reflects different approaches to licensing, creation of new pharmacies and their ownership rights. In addition, the main requirements for the operation of pharmacies and the direction of their activity are described in detail. The work also examines the provisions regulating possible alternative forms of drug dispensing.
