| Abstract: | У роботі представлені результати фітохімічного дослідження трави,
квіток та насіння кореопсису великоцвітого. У сировині вивчено якісний склад
та визначено кількісний вміст полісахаридів, гідроксикоричних кислот,
флавоноїдів, танінів та стероїдних сапонінів. Визначено показники якості
сировини та вихід екстрактивних речовин. The paper presents the results of a phytochemical study of the grass, flowers and seeds of the large-flowered coreopsis. The qualitative composition of the raw material was studied and the quantitative content of polysaccharides, hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, tannins and steroidal saponins was determined. The indicators of the quality of raw materials and the yield of extractive substances were determined. |
