| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена фітохімічному вивченню листя
Heracleum sibiricum L. флори України з перспективою створення на їх основі
лікарських засобів. Проведено скринінг якісного складу БАР листя Heracleum
sibiricum L., встановлено кількісний вміст гідроксикоричних кислот,
кумаринів, флавоноїдів, визначено склад ефірної олії, встановлено числові
показники якості сировини. The qualification work is devoted to the phytochemical study of the Heracleum sibiricum L. leaves of the flora of Ukraine with the prospect of creating medicines based on it.Screening of the qualitative composition of biologically active substances of the Heracleum sibiricum L. leaves was carried out, the quantitative content of hydroxycinnamic acids, coumarins, flavonoids and the composition of the essential oil was determined, numerical indicators of raw material quality were established. |
