Хемоінформаційні дослідження молекулярної подібності похідних 3-амінометил-2-метилхінолін-4-ону з серотоніном

Abstract

В роботі проведено огляд загальних принципів, методологій та інструментів які використовуються в сучасний хемоінформатиці. На основі алгоритму ліганд орієнтованого віртуального скринінгу та визначення молекулярної подібності вперше показано молекулярну подібність похідних 3-амінометилхінолін-4-онів з нейромедіатором серотоніном. За допомогою програмного забезпечення Metabolizer, ChemAxon була проведена оцінка можливих шляхів метаболізму і ступені біотрансформації похідних 3- аміноалкілхінолін-4-онів.

The work provides an overview of the general principles, methodologies and tools used in modern chemoinformatics. The molecular similarity of 3- aminomethylquinoline-4-one derivatives with the neurotransmitter serotonin was shown for the first time using the ligand-oriented virtual screening algorithm and molecular similarity determination. The possible metabolic pathways and the degree of biotransformation of 3-aminoalkylquinoline-4-ones derivatives were evaluated using the Metabolizer, ChemAxon software. The qualification work is composed of an introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and a list of references.
