Хімічне дослідження ліпофільної фракції трави люцерни посівної

Abstract

Визначено кількісний вміст ліпофільної фракції в рослинній сировині, який склав 7,5%. У результаті проведеного хроматографічного аналізу і якісних реакцій встановлена наявність каротиноїдів і хлорофілів. Кількісний вміст каротиноїдів склав — 120,57 мг%, хлорофілів — 197,55 мг%. Визначено жирнокислотний склад 13 жирних кислот, з яких 6 віднесені до насичених, 7 — до ненасичених. У кількісному відношенні переважають пальмітинова — 34,25%, лінолева — 15,11% та a-ліноленова — 17,93% кислоти.

The quantitative amount of the lipophilic fraction in the raw material being 7,5% has been determined. The presence of carotenoids and chlorophylls has been found as the result of the paper chromatography and the qualitative reactions performed. The quantitative amount of carotenoids is 120,57 mg% and chlorophylls — 197,55 mg%. The composition of free fatty acids in the lipophilic fraction has been determined: 6 from 13 fatty acids belong to saturated acids and 7 — to unsaturated ones. The acids that predominate in their amount are palmitic — 34,25%, linoleic — 15,11% and a-linolenic — 17,93% acids.
