| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена фітохімічному вивченню коренів
Pimpinella major L. флори України з перспективою створення на їх основі
лікарських засобів. Проведено скринінг якісного складу біологічно активних
речовин коренів Pimpinella major L., встановлено кількісний вміст
полісахаридів, кумаринів, флавоноїдів, суми поліфенольних речовин,
визначено склад ефірної олії. The qualification work is devoted to the phytochemical study of the Pimpinella major L. roots of the flora of Ukraine with the prospect of creating medicines based on it.Screening of the qualitative composition of biologically active substances of the Pimpinella major L. roots was carried out, the quantitative content of polysaccharides, coumarins, flavonoids, the amount of soluble polyphenolic compounds and the composition of the essential oil was determined. |
