| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена фітохімічному вивченню трави
Eupatorium cannabinum L. флори України з перспективою створення на їх
основі лікарських засобів. Проведено скринінг якісного складу біологічно
активних речовин трави Eupatorium cannabinum L., встановлено кількісний
вміст полісахаридів, флавоноїдів, гідроксикоричних кислот, визначено склад
ефірної олії, встановлено числові показники якості сировини. The qualification work is devoted to the phytochemical study of the Eupatorium cannabinum L. herb of the flora of Ukraine with the prospect of creating medicines based on it.Screening of the qualitative composition of biologically active substances of the Eupatorium cannabinum L. herb was carried out, the quantitative content of polysaccharides, flavonoids, hydroxycinnamic acids and the composition of the essential oil was determined, numerical indicators of raw material quality were established. |
