| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена фітохімічному вивченню трави
Gratiola officinalis L. флори України з перспективою створення на її основі
лікарських засобів. Проведено скринінг якісного складу біологічно активних
речовин трави Gratiola officinalis L., встановлено кількісний вміст
полісахаридів, флавоноїдів, гідроксикоричних кислот та суми розчинних
поліфенольних сполук, визначено антирадикальну активність. The qualification work is devoted to the phytochemical study of the Gratiola officinalis L. herb of the flora of Ukraine with the prospect of creating medicines based on it. Screening of the qualitative composition of biologically active substances of the Gratiola officinalis L. herb was carried out, the quantitative content of polysaccharides, flavonoids, hydroxycinnamic acids, the amount of soluble polyphenolic compounds and radical scavenging activity was determined. |
