Аналіз молекулярно-клітинних технологій в герокосметології

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі проведено аналіз наукових даних щодо теорій старіння людини серед яких наукового визнання набули теорії вільних радикалів, теорія накопичення мутацій, теорія апоптозу, теорія антагоністичної плейотропіки, теорія адаптаційно-регулятивна, теорія граничного поділу, теорія втрати теломер, теорія накопичення білків, теорія перехресних зшивок. Здійснено аналіз основних стратегій управління здоров’ям. Досліджено питання генотипування в практиці дерматолога та косметолога.. В результаті генотипування можна: виявити відсутність чи наявність спадкових захворювань; визначити схильність до цілого ряду захворювань, а отже, отримати можливість відстрочити початок хвороби або навіть зовсім уникнути її за допомогою корекції дієти, способу життя, своєчасної діагностики та лікування; виявити у дітей та дорослих порушення обміну речовин, які мають генетичну природу; уникнути неефективного лікування; зберегти час та заощадити кошти. Окремий випадок застосування генетичного аналізу індивідуальних мутацій - дермагенетики, яка дозволяє визначити генетично обумовлену схильність до різних особливостей метаболізму та структури шкіри.

In the qualification work, an analysis of scientific data on theories of human aging was carried out, among which the theories of free radicals, the theory of mutation accumulation, the theory of apoptosis, the theory of antagonistic pleiotropics, the adaptive-regulatory theory, the theory of limit division, the theory of telomere loss, the theory of protein accumulation, the theory of cross-linking have gained scientific recognition stitching An analysis of the main health management strategies was carried out. The issue of genotyping in the practice of dermatologists and cosmetologists was investigated. As a result of genotyping, it is possible to: detect the absence or presence of hereditary diseases; determine the predisposition to a number of diseases, and therefore get the opportunity to delay the onset of the disease or even completely avoid it with the help of correction of diet, lifestyle, timely diagnosis and treatment; detect metabolic disorders of a genetic nature in children and adults; avoid ineffective treatment; save time and money. A special case of the application of genetic analysis of individual mutations is dermagenetics, which allows determining a genetically determined predisposition to various features of metabolism and skin structure.
