Фармакогностичне дослідження антимікробного збору для застосування в якості допоміжної терапії у дерматологічній практиці

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена обґрунтуванню складу антимікробного збору для застосування в якості допоміжної терапії у дерматологічної практиці та його фармакогностичному аналізу. У зборі встановлено якісний склад і визначено кількісний вміст основних груп БАР: органічних кислот, полісахаридів, гідроксикоричних кислот, флавоноїдів, суми поліфенольних сполук. Досліджено мінеральний склад. Встановлено основні числові показники. Визначено морфолого- анатомічні діагностичні ознаки компонентів збору.

The collection established the qualitative composition and determined the quantitative content of the main groups of BAS: organic acids, polysaccharides, hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, the amount of polyphenolic compounds. The mineral composition has been studied. The main numerical indicators are set. The morphological and anatomical diagnostic features of the components of the formulated herbal tea.
