| Abstract: | Methods of quality control of nifuroxazide were proposed, which can be used in the analysis of extemporaneous formulation. Reaction with sodium hydroxide to give the characteristic color was used to identify the compound. Quantitative content of the active substance was performed by the method of absorption spectrophotometry in the ultraviolet region in methanol at the wavelength of 365 nm. Запропоновані методи контролю якості ніфуроксазиду, що можуть бути використані при аналізі екстемпоральної рецептури. Для ідентифікації сполуки використовували реакцію з натрію гідроксидом за утворенням характерного забарвлення. Кількісний вміст діючої речовини проводили методом абсорбційної спектрофотометрії у ультрафіолетовій ділянці в метанолі при довжині хвилі 365 нм. |
