Удосконалення системи управління персоналом на основі використання принципів мотивації

Abstract

В кваліфікаційній роботі поведено теоретичний аналіз наукових праць, присвячених питанням системи управління персоналом організації з урахуванням принципів мотивації, досліджено підходи до формування системи управління персоналом та методи оцінювання мотивації персоналу, проаналізовано господарську діяльність і кадрове забезпечення ФОП Нікіфорчук І.Л. Аптека № 1, оцінено мотивацію його співробітників. Запропоновано методичні рекомендації з удосконалення системи управління персоналом фармацевтичного закладу з урахуванням принципів мотивації.

The theoretical analysis of scientific works devoted to the issues of the organization's personnel management system taking into account the principles of motivation was conducted in the qualification work. Approaches to the formation of the personnel management system and methods of evaluating personnel motivation were investigated. The economic activity and personnel support of Individual entrepreneur Nikiforchuk I. Pharmacy No. 1 were analyzed, and the motivation of its employees was evaluated. Methodological recommendations for improving the personnel management system of a pharmaceutical institution, taking into account the principles of motivation were proposed.
