Розробка проєкту впровадження основних вимог технічного регламенту щодо безпеки косметичної продукції українського виробництва

Abstract

Мета дослідження: розробку проєкту впровадження основних вимог технічного регламенту щодо безпеки косметичної продукції на вітчизняних підприємствах. Завдання: проаналізувати нормативні підходи до розробки, виробництва та обігу парфумерно-косметичної продукції; вивчити вимоги Технічного регламенту щодо забезпечення безпечності косметичних засобів; проаналізувати діяльність компанії; розробити проєкт впровадження основних вимог технічного регламенту щодо безпеки косметичної продукції на вітчизняних підприємствах. Об’єктом дослідження є діяльність вітчизняного підприємства з виробництва парфумерно-косметичних засобів. Предметом дослідження є підходи до формування системи забезпечення безпечності косметичних засобів. Проведено аналіз Технічного регламенту як нормативної вимоги до підприємства парфумерно-косметичної галузі та встановлено порядок виконання необхідних дій. Запропоновано алгоритм впровадження вимог Технічного регламенту.

The purpose of the study: the development of a project for the implementation of the main requirements of the technical regulation regarding the safety of cosmetic products at domestic enterprises. Task: to analyze regulatory approaches to the development, production and circulation of perfumery and cosmetic products; study the requirements of the Technical Regulation on ensuring the safety of cosmetic products; analyze the company's activities; to develop a project for the implementation of the main requirements of the technical regulation regarding the safety of cosmetic products at domestic enterprises. The object of the study is the activity of a domestic enterprise for the production of perfumery and cosmetic products. The subject of the study is approaches to the formation of a system for ensuring the safety of cosmetic products. An analysis of the Technical Regulation as a regulatory requirement for the perfumery and cosmetics industry was carried out, and the procedure for performing the necessary actions was established. An algorithm for implementing the requirements of the Technical Regulation is proposed.
