Впровадження системи управління якості в Інституті підвищення кваліфікації спеціалістів фармації Національного фармацевтичного університету

Abstract

Мета дослідження: висвітлення теоретико-прикладних основ та надання практичних рекомендацій щодо розробки та впровадження системи управління якості в Інституті підвищення кваліфікації спеціалістів фармації (ІПКСФ) НФаУ, м. Харків. Завдання: проаналізувати та виділити сучасні принципи управління якістю; розглянути загальні підходи щодо побудови СУЯ у відповідності з вимогами ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015; провести аналіз існуючої системи управління ІПКСФ НФаУ; визначити процеси СУЯ, їх взаємодію та взаїмозв’язок ІПКСФ НФаУ; сформулювати політику та цілі в сфері якості ІПКСФ НФаУ; розробити документовані процедури для основних процесів ІПКСФ НФаУ. Об’єктом дослідження є інтегровані системи управління ІПКСФ НФаУ. Предметом дослідження є формування пропозицій щодо розробки та впровадження проекту СУЯ в ІПКСФ НФаУ. Запропоновано комплекс рекомендацій щодо впровадження вимог Стандарту ISО 9001:2015 в діяльність ІПКСФ НФаУ, на основі яких визначені основні процеси, політика та цілі в сфері якості, визначені внутрішні та зовнішні чинники зацікавлених сторін ІПКСФ, які можуть бути використані будь-яким закладом вищої та післядипломної освіти України при формуванні та поліпшенні СУЯ.

The purpose of the study: coverage of the theoretical and applied foundations and provision of practical recommendations for the development and implementation of the quality management system and the Institute for Advanced Training of Pharmacy Specialists (IATPhS) of the National Pharmaceutical University (NuPh), Kharkiv. Objectives: analyze and identify modern principles of quality management; consider general approaches to building a QMS in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015; to conduct an analysis of the existing management system of the IATPhS of the NuPh; determine the processes of QMS, their interaction and interrelationship of the IATPhS of the NuPh; to formulate policy and goals in the field of quality of the IATPhS of the NuPh; to develop documented procedures for the main processes of the IATPhS of the NuPh. The object of research is the integrated management systems of the IATPhS of the NuPh. The subject of research is formation of proposals for the development and implementation of the project of the QMS IATPhS of the NuPh. A set of recommendations for the implementation of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard in the activities of the IATPhS of the NuPh, on the basis of which the main processes, policies and goals in the field of quality are determined, internal and external factors of the stakeholders of the IPKSF that can be used are determined any institution of higher and post-graduate education of Ukraine in the formation and improvement of QMS.
