| Abstract: | The results of pharmaco-technological studies on the creation of capsules with
the antihypertensive activity are presented in the research. The composition of hard
gelatinous capsules with bisoprolol fumarate and hydrochlorothiazide have been
substantiated. The influence of excipients on the quality indicators (appearance,
average weight, disintegration, humidity of capsules content) of the obtained
capsules was studied. У роботі представлені результати фармако-технологічних досліджень щодо створення капсул з антигіпертензивною активністю. Обґрунтовано склад твердих желатинових капсул з бісопрололом фумаратом і гідрохлортіазидом. Вивчено вплив допоміжних речовин на показники якості отриманих капсул: зовнішній вигляд, середня маса, розпадаємість, вміст вологи в інкапсульованій масі. |
