| Abstract: | he relevance of the development of extemporaneous suppositories with fluconazole for use in the treatment of candidiasis is theoretically and experimentally substantiated in the master 's thesis. Based on the results of experimental studies, in particular organoleptic, physicochemical and biopharmaceutical, the optimal composition of the new drug is substantiated. Quality parameters of model samples were determined according to methods of SPhU. В магістерській роботі теоретично та експериментально обґрунтована актуальність розробки екстемпоральних супозиторіїв з флуконазолом для застосування в лікуванні кандидозу. На основі результатів експериментальних досліджень, зокрема органолептичних, фізико-хімічних та біофармацевтичних, обґрунтовано оптимальний склад нового препарату. Показники якості модельних зразків визначали за методикою ДФУ. |
