Clinical and pharmacological analysis of intranasal corticosteroids rational use in various types of allergic rhinitis patients

Abstract

In the qualification work, the issues of clinical and pharmaceutical analysis of intranasal corticosteroids in allergic rhinitis treatment have been considered; clinical and pharmacological characteristics of intranasal glucocorticosteroids have been given, and the results of the survey of pharmacists and pharmacy visitors on their awareness of the aspects of the intranasal corticosteroids' clinical use, and recommendations for pharmacists and patients with allergic rhinitis have been developed accented on the effectiveness and safety criteria of their use.

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання клініко-фармацевтичного аналізу інтраназальних глюкокортикостероїдів під час лікування алергічного риніту; дана клініко-фармакологічна характеристика інтраназальних глюкокортикостероїдів, а також результати опитування фармацевтів та відвідувачів аптек про їх поінформованість про аспекти клінічного застосування інтраназальних глюкокортикостероїдів; розроблено рекомендації для фармацевтів та хворих на алергічний риніт з акцентом на критерії ефективності та безпеки їх застосування.
