Development of the composition of amlodipine and atenolol bilayer tablets

Abstract

The qualification work provides theoretical and experimental justifications for the development of composition of amlodipine and atenolol bi-layer tablets, which consist of thorough explanation and examination of bi-layer, types such as single side press, double side press, and bilayer tablet displacement press along with applications, pros, and cons of bilayer tablets are mentioned to better understand the bilayer tablet. Besides, to have a complete insight into the bilayer tablets various methods and techniques which are employed in the formation of these type of tablets are also discussed tablets and іn addition to study results that contain experimental examinations.

У кваліфікаційній роботі представлені результати фармако технологічних досліджень щодо створення двошарових таблеток з антигіпертензивною активністю. Робота надає теоретичні та експериментальні обґрунтування для розробки складу двошарових таблеток амлодипіну та атенололу. Також обговорюються різні методи та методики, які використовуються при формуванні цих типів таблеток, окрім результатів експериментальних досліджень.
