Phytochemical study of aloe roots

Abstract

The paper presents the results of phytochemical studies of raw materials Aloe arborescens. An analysis of the literature indicates that the raw material contains a number of biologically active substances and is used in medicine as an anti-inflammatory, choleretic and biostimulant, but the roots of the plant have not been studied in detail. For the first time, the identification of BAS and the determination of the quantitative content of the main groups of BAS in the roots of Aloe arborescens. The main numerical indicators of raw materials are established. The results can be the basis of the project of quality control methods "Aloes arborescens radices"

У роботі представлені результати фітохімічних досліджень сировини алое древовидного Aloe arborescens. Проведений аналіз літературних джерел вказує, що сировина містить низку біологічно активних речовин та застосовується у медицині як протизапальний, жовчогінний та біостимулюючий засіб, але детально корені рослини не досліджувались. Вперше проведено ідентифікацію БАР та визначення кількісного вмісту основних груп БАР в коренях Aloe arborescens. Встановлено основні числові показники сировини. Результати можуть бути положені у основу проекту методів контролю якости " Aloes arborescens radices".
