| Abstract: | Розроблено склад емульсійної основи І роду для створення мазі, що буде використовуватись у терапії атопічного дерматиту: масло вазелінове, віск прополісний, ОС-20, МГД 90, 1,2-пропіленгліколь, вода очищена. На підставі реологічних досліджень встановлено оптимальний вміст суміші емульгаторів (8%) та обрано масляну фазу. Вивчено вплив температури на реологічні властивості розробленої основи. The composition of the emulsion base of the I type has been developed for creating the ointment, which will be used in the therapy of atopic dermatitis: vaseline oil, propolis beeswax, OS-20, MGD 90, 1,2-propylene glycol and purified water. On the basis of the rheological research the optimal composition of the mixture of the emulsifiers (8%) has been determined and the oil phase has been chosen. The influence of the temperature on the rheological properties of the base developed has been studied. |
