Опрацювання напрямів оцінки конкурентного середовища аптеки

Abstract

У роботі обґрунтовано та опрацьовано напрями та методи аналізу та оцінки конкурентного середовища аптеки. На підставі результатів SWOT- аналізу та методу «П’ять конкурентних сил М. Портера» визначено високий рівень загроз і перспективність використання сильних сторін аптеки. Визначено стратегії, які рекомендується використовувати для мінімізації негативного впливу конкурентного середовища на діяльність аптеки.

The paper substantiates and elaborates directions and methods of analysis and evaluation of the co-current environment of the pharmacy. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis and the "Five competitive forces of M. Porter" method, a high level of threats and prospects for using the strengths of the pharmacy were determined. The strategies that are recommended to be used to minimize the negative impact of the competitive environment on the activity of the pharmacy are defined.
