Удосконалення складу і технології засобу для лікування ран

Abstract

У роботі наведено інформацію про сучасний стан захворюваності населення на дерматологічні ураження – рани. Наведено результати маркетингового дослідження сучасного фармацевтичного ринку України м’яких лікарських засобів для лікування ран та однієї з найбільш затребуваних лікарських форм – мазей для терапії ран. На основі ретроспективних досліджень готових екстемпоральних прописів, в тому числі авторських, нами було удосконалено авторський пропис мазі «Конькова» та експериментально досліджено стабільність розробленого зразку у період зберігання.

The work provides information on the current state of the population's incidence of dermatological lesions - wounds. The results of the marketing research of the modern Ukrainian pharmaceutical market of soft medicines for the treatment of wounds and one of the most popular medicinal forms - ointments for the treatment of wounds - are presented. On the basis of retrospective studies of ready-made extemporaneous prescriptions, including the author's, we improved the author's prescription of "Konkova" ointment and experimentally investigated the stability of the developed sample during the storage period.
