Адаптація методик контролю якості АФІ в багатокомпонентних назальних краплях аптечного виготовлення

Abstract

У роботі наведено розробку методик ідентифікації та кількісного визначення діючих інгредієнтів екстемпорального лікарського засобу виготовленого в аптеці «Леда» «Назальні краплі від алергії». Описані умови проведення аналізу, здійснена ідентифікація діючих речовин при сумісній присутності інших компонентів обраного лікарського засобу і визначено їх кількісний вміст. Отримані дані доводять раціональність використання методик для контролю якості лікарського засобу.

The paper presents the development of methods for the identification and quantitative determination of the active ingredients of an extemporaneous medicinal product manufactured in the Leda pharmacy, Antiallergic Nasal Drops. The conditions for the analysis are described, the active substances are identified in the combined presence of other components of the selected medicinal product and their quantitative content is determined. The data obtained prove the rationality of using the methods for quality control of the medicinal product.
