| Abstract: | Дослідження дозволили обґрунтувати оптимальний склад та технологію
виготовлення таблеток амітриптиліну методом прямого пресування з
використанням допоміжних речовин високої ефективності. За результатами
досліджень розроблено технологічну схему промислового виробництва
даного препарату. The research made it possible to substantiate the optimal composition and technology for the production of amitriptyline tablets by the method of direct pressing with the use of high-efficiency auxiliary substances. Based on the results of the research, a technological scheme for the industrial production of this drug was developed. |
