Розробка складу та технології капсул з екстрактом піону

Abstract

Робота присвячена розробці складу твердих капсул на основі екстракта півонії. Проведений аналіз фармацевтичного ринку України обґрунтував доцільність створення твердих лікарських форм. Через низку переваг, особливу зацікавленість викликають капсули. З метою розробки було вивчено фармакотехнологічні та фізико-хімічні властивості діючих речовин, проведено вибір допоміжних речовин, на основі досліджень обґрунтовано склад капсул та технологію їх виготовлення. Вивчено показники якості одержаних капсул.

The work is devoted to the development of the composition of hard capsules based on peony extract. The analysis of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine substantiated the expediency of creating solid dosage forms. Due to a number of advantages, capsules are of particular interest. With a view to developing capsules, the pharmacotechnological and physicochemical properties of the active substances were studied, the selection of auxiliary substances was carried out, the composition of the capsules and the technology of their production were substantiated on the basis of research. The quality indicators of the obtained capsules were studied.
