Опрацювання складу гелю для ясен

Abstract

За результатами досліджень обґрунтовано склад оромукозного гелю для профілактики та терапії захворювань пародонта, що містить комплекс діючих речовин (суміш екстрактів дуба, евкаліпта і шавлія по 1%; натрію гіалуронат та ефірної олії м’яти по 0,2%) та 1% ГЕЦ, по 5% ксиліту і гліцерину, 0,5% ПЕГ 40 ГРО та води очищеної. Мікробіологічними дослідженнями показана необхідність введення консерванта калію сорбату 0,2%. Розроблено технологічну схему отримання гелю. За результатами дослідження показників якості встановлено, що засіб відповідає вимогам чинної НД. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 50 сторінках і складається зі вступу, огляду літератури, 2- х розділів досліджень, висновків, списку літературних джерел та додатків. Based on the research results, the composition of an oral mucosal gel for the prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases has been justified. The gel contains a complex of active substances (a mixture of oak, eucalyptus, and sage extracts at 1% each; sodium hyaluronate and peppermint essential oil at 0.2% each) and 1%

carbomer, 5% xylitol and glycerin, 0.5% PEG 40 hydrogenated castor oil, and puri- fied water. Microbiological studies have shown the necessity of incorporating potas- sium sorbate as a preservative at 0.2%. A technological scheme for obtaining the gel

has been developed. The quality indicators of the gel have been determined to meet the requirements of current pharmacopoeial standards. The thesis is presented in 50 pages and consists of an introduction, literature review, two research sections, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The work is illustrated with 9 tables and 4 figures. The bibliography includes 62 sources.
