| Abstract: | У цій кваліфікаційній роботі наведено результати фітохімічного
дослідження листя, пагонів та квіток гранату звичайного та запропоновано
критерії стандартизації сировини гранату звичайного. У сировині гранату
звичайного виявлено та визначено вміст полісахаридів, органічних кислот,
гідроксикоричних кислот, флавоноїдів, суму поліфенольних сполук, стероїдних
сполук та поціанідинів. The qualification work containe the results of phytochemical study of the leaves, shoots and flowers of the Punica granatum L. and presented parameters of standardization of herbal drugs of the Punica granatum L. The content of polysaccharides, organic acids, hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, the sum of polyphenolic compounds, steroid compounds and pocyanidins was found and determined in the raw material of pomegranate. |
