Розробка складу та технології фітопрепарату для лікування пародонтозу

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз фармацевтичного ринку України з асортименту препаратів для фармакотерапії інфекційно-запальних процесів пародонта. Розроблено склад і технологію екстемпорального засобу в рідкій лікарський формі для лікування захворювань пародонта. До складу лікарського засобу введено: шавлії лікарської та кропиви дводомної листя, ромашки аптечної і нагідок лікарських квітки, звіробою продірявленого трава, а також кропу пахучого плоди. Розроблено методики контролю якості екстемпорального засобу в умов аптек.

An analysis of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine was carried out from the assortment of drugs for pharmacotherapy of infectious and inflammatory processes of the periodontium. The composition and technology of an extemporaneous agent in a liquid medicinal form for the treatment of periodontal diseases have been developed. The composition of the medicine includes: medicinal sage and dioecious nettle leaves, medicinal chamomile and medicinal flowers, St. John's wort grass, as well as fragrant dill fruits. Methods of quality control of the extemporaneous medicine in the conditions of pharmacies have been developed.
