Обґрунтування складу сиропу з екстрактом ягід магонії

Abstract

Обґрунтовано доцільність створення лікарського засобу з екстрактом ягід магонії у формі сиропу. Експериментально обґрунтована концентрація ксиліту, який підвищує в’язкість і солодкий смак сиропу. Мікробіологічними дослідженнями обґрунтовано концентрацію калію сорбату, який забезпечує мікробіологічну чистоту ЛЗ. Органолептичними дослідженнями обрано есенції персикову та цитрусову, які покращують смакові характеристики сиропу. Розроблено технологічну схему, вивчено показники якості сиропу. Встановлено, що розроблений засіб відповідає вимогам ДФУ.

The feasibility of creating a medicinal product in the form of syrup with Mahonia berry extract has been theoretically justified and experimentally confirmed. The experimental justification includes the concentration of xylitol, which provides the necessary viscosity and sweet taste of the syrup. Microbiological studies have justified the concentration of potassium sorbate as a preservative, ensuring microbiological purity of the medicinal product. Organoleptic studies have selected peach and citrus essences, which improve the taste characteristics of the syrup. A technological scheme has been developed, and the quality indicators of the syrup have been studied. It has been established that the developed product meets the requirements of the pharmacopoeial standards
