Разработка состава мази с сухим экстрактом солодки

Abstract

Квалификационная работа посвящена разработке состава мази для лечения воспалительных заболеваний кожи. Был проведен обзор литературы относительно потенциала развития мягких лекарственных форм. Изучена номенклатура препаратов для лечения воспалительных заболеваний кожи. Изучено влияние вспомогательных веществ на технологические характеристики мазевых основ и их качественные показатели. Разработана технология производства мази, содержащей экстракт солодки сухой.

Qualification work is devoted to the development of the composition of the ointment for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases. A review of the literature regarding the development potential of soft dosage forms was carried out. The nomenclature of drugs for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases has been studied. The influence of excipients on the technological characteristics of ointment bases and their quality indicators was studied. A technology has been developed for the production of an ointment containing dry licorice extract.
