Abstract

Qualification work is devoted to phytochemical study of hyssop herb. Qualitative composition of hyssop herb was investigated using different chemical reactions and chromatographic methods. Quantitative content of biologically active compounds of hyssop was determined by titrimetric, gravimetric and spectrophotometric methods. Polysaccharides, amino acids, flavonoids, anthocyanins, essential oil, phenolic acids, organic acids, coumarins were examined. The results of determining the loss in weight during drying, total ash, extractive substances. Qualification work consists of an introduction, a literature review, an experimental part, general conclusions, a list of references and appendices. The work is presented on 43 pages; it contains 14 tables and 19 figures. List of references contains 43 sources.
