| Abstract: | Qualification work is devoted to the development of the composition of tablets for the treatment of treatment of lipid metabolism disorders. A review of the literature regarding the development of solid dosage forms was conducted. The nomenclature of drugs for treatment of lipid metabolism disorders has been studied. The influence of excipients on the technological characteristics of the compositions of tablet mixtures and their quality indicators was studied. A technology has been developed for the production of tablets containing fenofibrate and lovastatin. |
