| Abstract: | Based on the results of affinity prediction and detailed analysis of conformational placement and interaction with amino acid residues of active sites, the mechanism of realization of anti-inflammatory effect of 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-(2-(4-(4-methoxyphenyl)piperazine-1-yl)-2-oxo-ethyl)pyrazol[3,4-d]pyrimidine-4-one as cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitor through site-selective inhibitor of celecoxib was established. |
