| Abstract: | One of the most popular cultivated plants nowadays is Humulus lupulus (L.), of the family - Cannabaceae. Hops are used in the pharmaceutical, food, and technical industries. In the qualification paper, the main numerical indicators of common hops were determined, the amount of hydroxycinnamic acids – 2,63%, flavonoids – 1,68%, ascorbic acid – 0,10% was determined quantitatively. Determined component composition of essential oil, micro- and macroelements, morphological and anatomical study of raw materials. |
