Abstract

A technology for preparing an infusion mixture of medicinal herbs (common yarrow, bitter wormwood, and common St. John's wort) has been developed. The parameters of extraction have been justified – 40 % ethanol extractant, a ratio of 1:10, and the percolation method. A spray composition has been developed, con-taining a complex infusion (40 %), glycerin (5 %), propylene glycol (5 %), poly-sorbate 80 (1 %), peppermint essential oil (0.5 %), and purified water up to 100.0. The technology has been developed, and quality indicators have been studied. The thesis consists of 54 pages and includes an introduction, a literature re-view, 2 sections of the experimental part, general conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The bibliography contains 53 literature sources. The work is illus-trated with 8 tables and 3 figures.
