| Abstract: | The paper presents the results of a study of the implementation of management technologies in the activities of a pharmaceutical enterprise. The analysis and evaluation of the application of management technologies were carried out, the conditions for the introduction of benchmarking were worked out. The results obtained contribute to the optimization of the use of management technologies in pharmacy. |
