| Abstract: | One of the most popular cultivated plants today is the Brassica napus of the family Brassicaceae. Rapeseed oil is used both in the food industry and for technical purposes, as a biofuel. In the qualifying work, the determination of the main numerical indicators of the grass of the Brassica napus was carried out, the quantitative determination of the amount of hydroxycinnamic acids - 2.63%, flavonoids - 1.68%. As a result of the chromatographic analysis, the presence of carotenoids, chlorophylls and tocopherols was established. |
