| Abstract: | The technology of antibacterial gel with dry extract of Elecampane rhizomes with roots is proposed. Studies on the selection of the optimal extractant and parameters of extraction of medicinal plant raw materials were carried out. The technology of obtaining dry extract of Elecampane rhizomes with roots was developed. The selection of the optimal gel-forming agent and auxiliary substances, their concentration and compatibility were carried out. The technology of manufacturing gel with dry extract of elecampane rhizomes with roots in pharmacies has been developed. |
