| Abstract: | Qualification work contains 44 pages, 5 tables, 7 figures, bibliography of 31 titles. In order to develop the composition of suppositories for the treatment of proctological diseases troxerutin and dried extract of Sophora japonica were used as active pharmaceutical ingredients. On the basis of physico-chemical, biopharmaceutical and pharmaco-technological research the composition and production technology of suppositories were developed. |
