| Abstract: | The qualification work is devoted to the pharmacognostic study of grass and tubers of the Helianthus tuberosus variety Kiev white. The composition and content of polysaccharides, inulin, amino acids, organic acids, phenolic compounds, and minerals were determined in the raw materials. Morphological and anatomical signs of grass and tubers are revealed. The quality indicators of raw materials and the content of extractive substances were determined. |
