Rationale for the composition of suppositories with alfuzosin for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia

Abstract

The master's thesis proves the relevance of creating suppositories with alfuzosin for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. On the basis of physicochemical, biopharmaceutical and technological studies, the rational composition of rectal suppositories with alfuzosin was substantiated. The physicochemical, biopharmaceutical and technological parameters of the model samples were determined according to the relevant SPhU methods. The qualification work is presented on 43 pages, contains 6 tables, 6 figures, and a list of references of 34 items.

У кваліфікаційній роботі доведено актуальність створення супозиторіїв з альфузозином для лікування гіперплазії передміхурової залози. На основі проведених фізико-хімічних, біофармацевтичних і технологічних досліджень обґрунтовано раціональний склад ректальних супозиторіїв з альфузозином. Фізико-хімічні, біофармацевтичні і технологічні параметри модельних зразків визначали за відповідними методиками ДФУ. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 43 сторінках, містить 6 таблиць, 6 рисунків, список літератури з 34 найменувань.
