| Abstract: | Experimental research has been conducted to justify the composition of a emulsion cream with pyromecain. The composition of the cream base with local anesthetic and antimicrobial properties has been experimentally substantiated. Mi-crobiological studies have justified the concentration of the antibacterial compo-nent, 0.05% benzalkonium chloride. A technological scheme for the production of the emulsion cream has been developed. The thesis consists of 50 pages and includes an introduction, a literature review section, 2 sections of the experimental part, general conclusions, a list of refer-ences, and appendices. The bibliography contains 45 literature sources. The work is illustrated with 7 tables and 7 figures. |
