Abstract:	The work is aimed at studying the possibility of obtaining prolonged-release tablets with the active pharmaceutical ingredient paracetamol. The study of the state of the pharmaceutical market made it possible to propose an actual direction in development, by creating a composition using a matrix. Model compositions, solubility profile, manufacturing technology were experimentally studied. The work consists of the following parts: introduction, literature review, choice of research methods, experimental part, general conclusions, list of references used. The total volume of work is 46 pages, contains 6 tables, 9 figures, 51 sources of literature.
